We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee that starts from the day the product is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of receipt, contact our Customer Care Department at 1-888-866-0826 and obtain a return authorization number (RMA) so you can return the product for a full refund of your product purchase price (we do not refund the shipping and processing charges). Your return must be postage fully prepaid and postmarked within 7 days from receiving your RMA. The RMA must be written on the outside of the box shipped back to us as well as on the packing slip returned with your package.
Returns accepted after the expiration of the 60-day money-back guarantee will be subject to a restocking fee of $15, which will be deducted from any issued refund.
For Autoship customers, please note that you may cancel future shipments at any time with no further obligation for those shipments, but once a new supply is shipped your purchase of that supply cannot be refunded.
